A working meeting of UPL club Security Officers was held online today, with representatives of the UAF Stadium and Security Committee and the UPL Security and Infrastructure Department also taking part.

The participants reviewed amendments to the UPL Regulations for the 2026/27 season and to the “Additional Security Measures for the Organization and Holding of Football Matches in Ukraine under Martial Law”, which were approved by the UAF.

The meeting also covered cooperation between club representatives and regional military administrations, the National Police of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in preparing for and staging UPL Championship matches in the new season.

A number of match organisation procedures were also refined, including those related to the pre-match organisational meeting, cooperation between clubs and match officials, and the fulfilment by the home club of its organisational responsibilities stipulated by the Regulations.

Particular attention was paid to the actions to be taken by match organisers in the event of an air raid alert, as well as to arrangements for supporters permitted to attend matches.
